Seasonal game and fish, all from the Bolton Abbey Estate, together with vegetables and herbs from the hotel's kitchen gardens, are the hallmarks of the Burlington's splendid menu. Executive Head Chef, Steve Smith, has held a Michelin Star for over ten years at each of the hotels he was with previously and it shows as he has sucessfully been awarded A Michelin Star for his work at the Devonshire!

To enjoy pre-dinner drinks with canapés in one of the luxurious lounges is all part of the Burlington experience. Steve joined the Devonshire Arms in April 2008 and very quickly regained the converted Michelin Star for the Burlington Restaurant having held a Star for the past 10 years. He brings a wealth of culinary knowledge which is shares with the team to ensure your dining experience is memorable.
