We’re celebrating the award of 4 AA rosettes at The Devonshire Arms, Bolton Abbey - a very well deserved recognition for the collective talents and hard work of the kitchen and restaurant teams but particularly for Executive Head Chef, Steve Smith.
Four rosettes are only awarded to those restaurants where the cooking expresses a passion for excellence, superb technical skills and remarkable consistency. Steve clearly demonstrates all these qualities producing truly outstanding food which has placed the Burlington as one of only 21 restaurants in the country with this accolade and positions it as the highest rated restaurant in Yorkshire.
