Paul Leonard is teaming up with Sheffield-based restaurateur and Head Chef Luke French, from the 3 AA rosette Jöro Restaurant, to create a six-course tasting menu.
This evening is sponsored by Hodgson Fish, one of the best known fish merchants on the East Coast, supplying the freshest seafood to leading hotels and restaurants throughout the north of England.

GET TO KNOW: Luke French
Luke French is the Head Chef & Co-owner of Restaurant Jöro in Sheffield, run by himself and his partner Stacey. It’s a unique restaurant set in 4 up-cycled shipping containers, serving seasonal plates with unusual flavour combinations and methods that draw on New Nordic cuisine.
The restaurant focuses heavily on the care and sustainability of ingredients and simplicity of cooking with a gentle nod to Asian ingredients & techniques. The restaurant is cool, relaxed and informal, a place where Luke & Stacey would feel at home had it be someone else’s restaurant but with a very high calibre of cooking & service at the beating heart of it.
After just a year the restaurant received high praise from the locals but also The Michelin Guide, 3 AA Rosettes and The Good Food Guide.

Due to the nature of the event, we may not be able to accommodate certain dietary requirements as we are not operating a normal restaurant service. Please contact us in advance of booking to discuss.
